It's our top service tier for washable garments: an antiseptic wash cycle, garment-by-garment handling instead of bulk processing, hand finishing, a light fragrance, and individual packing so each piece arrives protected and ready. It costs more than wash & fold or wash & iron, and it's built for the clothes where that's worth it.

Anyone can put the word "premium" on a service. Here's specifically what's different, five things, each of which changes the outcome:

An antiseptic, hygienic wash The wash cycle includes an antiseptic/sanitising step at a certain degrees temperature with a hospital-grade or anti-bacterial additive method. This matters most for anything worn close to the skin, baby and children's clothes, activewear, innerwear, and clothes worn by anyone unwell or with sensitive skin. It targets the bacteria that ordinary washing leaves behind the same bacteria responsible for the faint smell that survives a normal wash and returns the moment you sweat.

Garment-by-garment handling Premium Wash garments are not run in a bulk load and sorted roughly. Each piece is assessed, pre-treated where needed, and handled according to what it is. This is the difference between "your clothes got washed" and "your clothes got looked after."

Separate load, always Like all our services, your Premium Wash runs as its own load and never mixed with other customers'. For clothes at this tier, that isn't a nice-to-have, it's the point.

A light fragrance and individual packing Each garment finished with a light, clean fragrance packed individually, so pieces don't rub or crease against each other on the way back. You open the packaging to a garment that's protected, pressed and ready, not a stack tipped into a bag.
