How much does carpet cleaning cost in Kolkata?
₹25 per square foot. A 3×2 ft rug is ₹150; a 6×4 ft carpet is ₹600; a 9×6 ft carpet is ₹1,350. Doorstep collection, cleaning, drying and delivery are all included. Handmade, silk and viscose rugs are quoted after inspection.
How often should carpets be cleaned?
Once a year for a normally used carpet. Every six months in a high-traffic room, a home with pets or small children, or a ground-floor room facing a main road of Kolkata's dust load is genuinely higher than most Indian cities and it shows in the pile.

Do you clean at my home or take the carpet away?
We collect it and clean it at our facility. On-site cleaning cannot rinse properly or control drying, and in Kolkata's humidity a carpet that stays damp at the base is a mould problem waiting to happen. Facility cleaning is more thorough and dramatically safer.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Ours are mechanically dried before delivery, so your carpet comes back dry and ready to lay. That's the point of taking it away. (An on-site clean would leave you waiting 4–6 hours in dry weather and considerably longer in the monsoon.)
What cleaning solutions do you use?
Biodegradable, non-toxic, and matched to the fibre, wool-safe chemistry at controlled pH for wool, different formulations for synthetics. Everything is rinsed and pH-neutralised so no residue stays in the pile.
Can you remove pet stains and odour?
Usually. Pet urine soaks through to the backing and sometimes into the floor beneath, so it needs decontamination rather than surface cleaning. Success depends on how long it's been there and how deep it went. We'll assess honestly before we start.
Do you clean sofas and upholstery?
Yes. Removable covers go through dry cleaning at ₹650 for a large cover, ₹420 for a small one. Fixed upholstery is cleaned in place with low-moisture extraction.
Do you do office and commercial carpet cleaning?
Yes, across Kolkata and New Town, scheduled outside your operating hours.
Will cleaning shrink my carpet?
Not with correct handling. Shrinkage happens with jute-backed and cotton pieces when they're over-wetted and uncontrolled-dried, which is precisely what we avoid by testing first and drying mechanically
